Case Study

A Bespoke Leadership
Development Series

Inertia Engineering partnered with Thryve to design and deliver a bespoke Leadership Development Series for senior and emerging leaders. A program built to be distinctly ownable by the company.

The program explored leadership from three perspectives: teams, projects, and clients. The immediate and lasting shift was in communication – the capability that underpins everything else in leadership.

“We wanted to create a program that would not only support the development of our leaders and emerging leaders, but would also be uniquely ‘Inertian’.
